• One account per person or organization
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Pricing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Lifetime licenses are one-time payments with no recurring fees
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months (except during money-back guarantee period)

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, lead quality, or conversion rates. AI scoring is probabilistic and may not always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse our service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
